Pastry Art is New England’s premiere dessert

For over 20 years, we have been known for our outstanding quality, service and ability toserve a broad range of customer needs, from high volume value priced banquet occasionsfor large parties to custom developed signature desserts, and from traditional New England or French flavors to modern architectural desserts and flavors from around the world.

 

Operating from our state-of-the-art facility in Walpole, MA, we make all of our own products from scratch, using the finest ingredients, including European chocolate, Vermont creamery butter, pure cane sugar and fresh fruits and vegetables. Where we can, we source ingredients locally with the seasons of New England. While local New England flavors are rich in our tradition, our foundation is classically French, but with a modern international attitude.

 

Our products range from beautiful fresh fruit tarts to rich decadent chocolate desserts, from everyday break items like brownies and chocolate chip cookies to artisan chocolates as seen on our Island Chocolates website.
